Perks you're most likely going to unlock!

Does that mean if I attack with two daggers at once, EACH ONE will have 15x damage?
only when sneaking. It will most likely be a one hit execution kill.

"Assassin's Blade
Sneak attacks with daggers now do a total of fifteen times normal damage"

x15 damage? Dear god. Archers only get a x3 bonus. /Rage.

In the wikia it says there are

" Each perk will have certain requirements before it can be chosen
- for instance, perks after Shield Wall require a Block level of 20,
and higher-level perks, such as Shield Charge, require a Block level of 50"

Missed that. Thanks.

"For Lazy People" you say? Unclicking all those spoilers was quite annoying.

One spoiler window would of sufficed.

I liked the way the OP organized them. It was easy for me to just click on only the ones I wanted to see and not have to sift through everything. If you wanted a list of all you could have just clicked on the original link...

20% this, 50% that. I really wish Beth had put more effort in including technique perks.

I keep changing my mind on how i'm wanting to play my frist character, and i'm coming to want a "Generalized Adventurer" but I'll be focusing on Block and One Handed as my main combat style. I've always like aggresive offensive shield usage (spartans in 300) using the shield to effectively defend and attack.

Block: however many points in shield charge to access the higher perks, Power Bash and Deady Bash, Deflect Arrows up to Shield Charge. I plan to do a lot of Bashing and Charging, attacking with One Handed Melee when the opponents are staggered.

One Handed: No weapons specializations, no dual wielding, enough points in Armsman to get Fighting Stance, Critcal Charge and Savage Strike.

Smithing: Heavy Side all the way to Dragon. Making all my own gear, as well as enchanting it.

Heavy Armor: enough points in Juggernaut to get Fists of Steel, Cushioned and Conditioning, the rest mainly just increase armor even more, would get if damage intake is an issue, but with as much focus on the shield I'm gonna use, I doubt i'd need all the extra armor, as say a 2h heavy armor user.

Enchanting: Enough Points in Enchanter ?/5 to get Insightful, Corpus and Extra Effect. Unsure of the usefulness of the two Soul Gem perks, will have to play with it.

At that point, depending on how many ranks of the 5/5 perks in all those trees, I'd have spent 29 to 41 perks, meaning i'd be level 30 to 52. More than likely I'll be spending as few points in heavy armor, and the first tier Enchanter 5/5, to which I'd use the remainder of my perks however high I end up leveling my first dude, probably 60+, I'll spend the rest where they feel right....

OP, please add http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1250628-layout-of-perk-trees-2/ to your original post. It has the skill requirements as well as how the trees are formatted. All info you find online about skill trees was taken from the pics in the thread I linked.

This will help people decide better than the info you provided. Not knowing the structure of the tree... you don't know what perks you can really have.

look at it this way tho, what did Oblivion, or Morrowind have? Birth Signs that gave you like one or two percentage boost. I read the entire thing, see my list of favorites, those are mostly game changing ones. I think there is alot of good perks, and i love the perks we got.

They should have focused more on gameplay mechanics, that's the whole reason I thought they were making perks over stats... so you would be gaining many cool abilities, powers, and well perks instead of these long lists of damage/armor buffs :/ straight up damage buffs end up meaning nothing to a game with an elder scrolls style difficulty slider

Ugh.. the problem is if you get a bunch of good buffs to damage and defense, making you a much better number->number fighter than the average enemy (on normal mode) most people will end up pushing the difficulty slider a bit to the right... to bring back actual competitive fighting again since roflestomps are only so much fun for so long, ironically though all you're doing is negating all of the bonuses to dmg and armor you just got threw perks... it's extremely silly.
(oddly enough even if you didn't get the buffs to damage you could act like you did with a small push to the left with the difficulty slider... which, again, makes them all pointless... )

That's my take on the situation :/

It's 250. Some think the Race Perks are counted towards the 280 number we've all heard... as well as the possibility of reward perks for certain quests... like in FO:3.

Wow, it actually seems like being a Mage won't be pointless anymore. And with any luck there will be some variation to the Destruction spells you cast rather than the same damn noise and the same damn look for all the spells...
