What are the confirmed pets.

I got a fox.. took a day.
People have reported, mudcrabs, foxes, frostbite spiders(babies), rabbits.. i don't remember any other mentions.

If you bring home a dog follower (meeko, vigilance, the hounds from castle volkihar/dawnguard) your kid will ask if he can have the dog when he's not out adventuring with you.

Also someone reported his kid bringing a mini-skeever.

Really Bethesda? Eveytime I run past one of them those bastards hunt me down. But your kid somehow managed to pick one of them up and take them home. Without getting attacked by it? That's some nice writing right there Bethesda.

My son announced that something had followed him home and asked if he could keep it. It was a mini skeever who makes a horrendous noise all through the house. I'm sorta regretting letting him keep it! It only took about two game days.

how exactly do kids bring home animals, are you gone a day and return to find a new pet or do you have to bring the kid with you and come across a wild animal to make a pet? Also do you need to have 2 kids first or will one kid find the pet?

thanks for any help as i just adopted lucia last night and left for a day but found no pet or anything but i didn't play with her yet or try to bring her along on an adventure

No Dogs.

Really Bethesda.

You must go and find the stray dogs (the wolf hounds,) they are the best really.. They follow orders, and they can come into any house you own and any other places you go.. They seem to be a lot tougher than the dogs you buy they only last a minute in a fight, where I have had my stray dog through out my entire game which I am at level 80. I use XBOX so there is no mods to worry about ...
