Ive been wondering this for so damn long. There are 16-18 X's and only 13 standing stones and only 10 areas becasue of the guardian stones AND there is one on a lake. HOWEVER one is exactly where the shadow stone is. There also is another X where a Dragon cult location/priest thing is at.
