This is all 50s sci-fi tech though. It is only things that people in the 50s would have thought of, and going to space was not one of them. It was always aliens visiting earth. Any events of the 60s, 70s, 80, 90s, and 2000s did not happen in the fallout universe, this includes most of space travel.

To prove my point. JFK was shot in 63. In the Fallout universe, as far as i can tell, this did not happen.

But there has been space flight in the Fallout universe, and during the 60s... This is confirmed in game in the Museum where you get 3 Dogs satellite dish. While the events of anything past the 50s will be different than the version that happened in our universe, the 60s 70s 80s, etc, DID happen in the Fallout universe.
You act like we hadn't thought of space flight in the 50s, which is far from reality. Look at all the science fiction out there, Flash Gordon or Buck Rogers are perfect examples... The science that worked in those comics is exactly the kind of science that became reality in Fallout.... And that was thought of back in the 30s.

Thanks OP, I thought I read/seen everything and I found like 6-8 new things. Thanks, here's a bump 4 you looks like it is needed with all the new people (me included, I just look further than the 1st page though)

Sorry if this is pointless prodding, but I believe the Q&A needs to be updated.

Q-will there be dlc:
A- Most likely but also unconfirmed.
It's been confirmed that there will be a DLC in future, though it's not yet in production from what we know.

Q- when is the release date
A- either october 19 or october 22 for the US. i dont know about other countries
(This is just a minor thing, and nothing big, but...) we know it's the 19th.

Q-will the enclave be in vegas
A-unlikely, though if they are they will play a very minor role
It's been confirmed that there will at least be an appearance from the Enclave.

Q-what are the radio stations
A- one is confirmed, the dj is voiced by wayne newton, and he is known at mr. new vegas
(Unless it was fake) Bethesda announced that there would also be a radio for Black Mountain.

Q-what are the system requirments for the pc
A- i would assume (since i dont play it for pc) they will be about the same as fallout 3.
(No idea what they actually are, but if I looked online I could find the requirements somewhere(I read it originally on No Mutants Allowed))
