There were always eyeglasses in Fallout3, and we know they will be in NV because you need them for the Four-eyes trait.



do you mean glasses because eyeglasses... arent they those glasses that cover one eye

Eyeglasses are often called glasses. You're thinking of a monocle.

You get off topic, so much.

It's where they make the graphics for a scene, and they don't use the games graphics. Therefor, they look awesome, but it's not the in game graphics. Most cutscenes are pre rendered. I can't give you technical stuff, but that's the basics.

Oh, and you could have googled it. Takes about a minute.
