Still arguing about glass. You can really tell who does and doesn't read the in-game books in these threads.

It would be cool if you could have a dragonscale cloak.

Or cloaks at all, for that matter.

Level Scaling was a response to Morrowind complaints. The game got too easy too quickly.
So I have to wait for TES:VI for an archery kill-cam toggle, menu sorting without a Kinect, dual-wield hotkeys, etc? Lame.

Prince Rupert's Drops have been around since the 1600's.

What is "Prince Rupert's Drops", you ask?

Tempered glass that is difficult to break. So strong that one side of the tear shaped piece of glass could be struck with a blunt object and take no damage or break. The other side however would break causing the entire tear drop to disintegrate if looked at wrong.

So, I guess...if in the 1600's they had the ability to create tempered glass they could do it in Skyrim's alternate universe. I mean, they do have the where-with-all to create tempered steel blades and such.

That's a crime now?
I certainly don't read all of the in-game books. True, I've read many of them, but often when I'm off adventuring I'd rather keep going than stop to read a book. My character has a chest full of books he's collected but never read, simply because he's had better things to do.

Glass weapons and armor are made out of Volcanic Glass. It's completely different.

Dragon Scale and Dragon Bone armor (and hypothetically weapons) are made out of Dragon Bone. It's completely different.

But seriously! Every single time when I see this thread, I think about Dragon Claws and all those fun weapons! Makes me sad...
