Gamgee, I absolutely could not care less whether something is "literary" or "pulpy", as long as I enjoy it. I'll take enjoyability over artistic merit any day. I wanted to round up those games which were above and beyond the norm, because I was kind of curious about how far video gaming's progressed in this respect. Seems to me we have a few more decades to go, yet, before video gaming's taken seriously.
The motive for me starting this thread was to satisfy my curiosity. But apparently I just want to get kicks out of kicking others. It's funny that I'm being accused of doing exactly what the last few posters have been doing to me.
Have fun on your next witch hunt!

Except you do... your clearly looking for the "best". Or ones you like. I'm sorry if you can't handle that fact. So on some level you have a way to distinquish good and better from bad, it's why we have those descriptors. I don't care if you want to be in denial of your own actions though, I'm not trying to be hostile. Just explain we're all human here, and then you go and start snapping at me for some reason. I can see some of the others being a little too hostile, but me? I dunno, I think your taking it to personally. The funny thing is, movies werent taken seriously once, and now that they are people go back to all these old classics and marvel at them. So go ahead, don't take them seriously. They will be one day, even the old ones. Time will make sure of this, you can't fight time. But feel free to try.
I also never said you got kicks out of kicking others, I said you could. Or might, again no idea why your hostile to me. Perhaps the only one in this topic trying to be reasonable with you. Oh yea, witch hunt. Implies people want to find you. I think your giving yourself a little bit too much credit after how you've snapped at us all in turn.

A little overy dramatic here.
