Broken foot and arm. Also had a total shoulder reconstruction. And more surgeries than I care to list.

I've never broken a bone, which amazes me somewhat, because as I kid, I climbed everything, rode my bike down ridiculously dangerous hills, was big into skateboarding (regularly skating eight foot plus vert ramps), and was generally a constant bane on my parents' mental state.

I've never actually had any injury worse than the odd sprained ankle or pulled muscle.
