Did it hit any arteries? I've heard alot that accidents like these can be fatal if you're unfortunate. Sounds very painful, this is those kinds of injuries I fear most of all.

I got a scar from a trampoline, counting the stitches I'd say I got about 2-3 stitches.
And an arachnoid cyst, which is wierd stuff between the little squiglies in your brain.
Google it up its really interesting and sorta disgusting.
I also got 5 teeth pulled at once :/

Edit: An arachnoid cyst is a fluid-filled cyst that that occurs in the arachnoid membrane around the brain. While completely benign, and not a tumor per se, they can cause symptoms by compression of adjacent nervous system structures.
The arachnoid membrane is a thin, filmy tissue that is one of the three coverings of the brain, the meninges. It normally encloses the subarachnoid space, which is filled with cerebrospinal fluid, a water-like fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. It is thought that during development in some cases the arachnoid does not form properly so that a sack, or cyst, is formed which lets fluid into it but not out. This can lead to the cyst enlarging and the adjacent brain under-developing. Therefore, these cysts are not literally brain tumors, they are really congenital (you are born with it) malformations of the arachnoid.
Arachnoid takes its name because the membrane somewhat resembles a spider web.
The cyst wall is basically just arachnoid membrane and the cyst is filled with fluid which is essentially the same as cerebrospinal fluid.
Some cysts do not appear to change in size while others can grow over time, compression adjacent neurological structures.
An arachnoid cyst can occur in many parts of the central nervous system, including the temporal area, the suprasellar area (above the pituitary gland), the cerebellopontine angle (between the brainstem and cerebellum)

Also, a couple years back, me and my friend were screwing around chopping random fruits with very sharp knives. I tried chopping a banana while I held it (I know, I'm an idiot) and the knife went straight across the whole side of left pointer finger, slicing off a whole slab of flesh. What's even worse was that it didn't go all the way through, and since I didn't want to slice more flesh off I had to leave it. Then, somehow, it healed back on to my finger, but turned really sickly looking green, then blue, then black, like it was dying. Yet, it was still attached to my finger, weirdest thing, it eventually returned back to normal color, but I have an oval scar that runs the entire length of my finger.

Another time, I was in art class, and I don't even remember how it happened but the whole tip of a colored pencil went under my thumb nail. It stayed there for about 2 weeks, hurt like a [censored] to put pressure on and constantly throbbed. It eventually dissolved and disappeared.

I was working with my Uncle putting up lights for firework stands when I went to reach for the electric cord next to a wooden beam in the back of his trailer. A large splinter lodged itself under my fingernail and stayed there for a month until my thumb swelled enough to push the splinter out a bit so I could grab it with tweezers. Stung like a mofo.

Nahh, I rarely visit the doctor for injuries unless I know something is broken or what injury I had is still bothering me after a couple weeks (I have a high pain tolerance).

Three separate head injuries resulting in concussions (lucky they weren't serious ones) and two of which required stitches. Cut one of my fingers open but didn't get stitches which was stupid cause it got infected and took forever to heal. Worst would be the time I almost impaled myself climbing a metal picket fence, I just got a big cut down my left side, from armpit to hip. Scar is mostly gone.

I have't broken a bone yet.

If it hits the major artery you're dead within seconds. You wouldn't even have time to feel it. :)

Massive injuries rarely hurt, due to shock.

Got ran over by a car when I was a kid. Results were broken hip and my head cut open from front (almost across the whole forehead), back and top. Nice scars.

Hmm worst pain I went through was that super nasty stomach flu that was going around. Really can't go into details about it, but all I have to say is it felt like someone took a knife, dipped it in acid, and shoved it into my stomach twisting it around.

Other than that only scar I have is on my nose from when I was a kid. Got a nasty cut from some barb wire as I wanted to look at some horses.

Broken bones: None.

Scars:
1. One down the side of my thumb
2. Under my right eye (literally 2mm)
3. On my forehead above my right eye
4. On the back of my head (needed to be glued shut)
5. On my right knee cap (1cm deep, 2cm in diameter)
6. On my left knee cap (similar to the above but shallower and healed a lot better)
7. On the base of my left thumb (tiny but still a scar)

Causes:
1. Was rolyplaying House of The Dead with frineds in a field and I pretended to be a zombie like dog and when I ran on all fours I caught a bit of glass and it gashed from my nail to half way down my thumb, exposing some bone.
2. This is posted elsewhere, but basically boy hits me with a pole, I wrestle him to the ground and stand over him with the pole, I decided not to whack his face with it when I was with the girls, I walked away and the next think I hear is a girl shouting "Heads" so I turn round and look up, WHACK, the bottle clocked me literally right under the right eye. I have since vowed to end this boys life the next time I see him - haven't in 5 years and I didn't even get anywhere if they girls!
3. I have no idea, it's been there all my life, maybe thats when I dropped the iron on my head by pulling its cable as a child.
4. I was , sitting on a pole, argueing with a boy and I went to stand up and confront him, but fell backwards and cracked my skull off the stone stairs. Got a free sweetie from the tuc shop because I was so brave :P
5. Was rollerskating and went to double jump over a wall and then the curb but I failed the landing of the wall and couldn't make a second jump quick enough so I ended up kneeing the corner of the curb.
6. Me and a few mates were sliding down a hill on our knees, I'd down it several times before and on my x attempt my knee smashed into a sticky up boulder.
7. I think this was when I was in Primary school and used to pierce my skin with badges and hang them from my fingers to creep out a few of the other kids. - Looking back at that, I'm amazed I wasn't afraid do it it to myself and how much I did do it, though it's just creepy now :P

Above my left eye! Any lower and I'd be missing an eye. :foodndrink:

You should have beat him up some more if you were hoping to get in with the girls. Almost doesn't count. :P

We're in the same boat :P

Now you're rocking the boat :stare: I still look back at that day in anger that I walked away. Least I went with one of the girls a month after it happened, wasn't worth a bottle to the eye though

numerous concussions, cracked scull due to an unfortunate accident with a faulty axe (don't ask.. luckily there was a veterinarian in the village nearby). Broken fingers, broken hand, broken wrist, broken upper arm, broken shoulder-cup and clavicle (motorcycle or brawling incidents), knife slash along the lower arm and a shallow stab wound in my right side (mugging -of me! that went postal, thankfully my leather jacket caught the brunt of that one), shrapnel through the knee, cracked lumbar vertebrae #L4 and shrapnel puncture resulting in a svcking chest wound that took my off the clocks for three and a half minutes.

I guess I'm testament that some things are too stubborn to die.

By a herbicide, needless to say i didnt know i had ingested a decent quantity as it had been sprayed on blackberries, which the locals picked every year, and the city council didnt bother posting signs warning anyone even though it was well known when the blackberries came in season people always picked them, needless to say i think the cure was worse, paralyzed the neck muscles which left me with a permanent injury, hallucinations, blindness.

Never broken any bones, which is amazing considering how many accidents I've had. The worst one was probably when I hit a metal pole on my bike doing 80km/h (50mph), the front tyre literally exploded, I hit my hip on the handlebars and then got thrown 5m~ forward into a dirt / stone (pebbles) road. I broke the fall with my hands, scraqed the skin of both my palms and got a small, sharp pebble stuck so far into my palm you could see the edge push the skin on the other side of the hand. Couldn't walk for two days and apparently I was luck that I didn't separate my spine from my pelvis. I was 15-ish at the time (I think)

Oh I found another one of those badge pierce marks, but it might be from the glass incident, below my thumb scar, like 1/2 inches away.
And I forgot the dog bite on my right arm, of all the dogs in the world to bite me it had to be a stupid little rat catching one....
