These Witcher 2 screenshots have been posted everywhere lol, stop posting them

As for my own screenshots, here are a few. I'm on Ultra @ 1080p. They got resized a bunch when uploaded though.

It makes me wonder: with all these problems being reported here, how the [censored] Skyrim PC version got those awesome reviews? For a buggy game like this? What the hell?

Is Bethesda paying them to lie on purpose?

2500 K OC to 4ghz
8 DDR Gskill

HD6990 MSI
120 gig Gskill SDD

Running flawlessly and load times are like 1-2 seconds...

I hope anyone having trouble gets it fixed and a patch will come soon. Ive only been playing 1.5 hours but so far it is running flawlessly. (knock on wood)

Are you kidding me? Not ONE response from Bethesda.
Hold onto your hat, its not even out the door yet.

The devs rarely comment in the forums unless they have something concrete to offer, furthermore, the game still has not unlocked everywhere, as it does they can get a broader picture of the type of system that may exhibit problems and track down the source of the problem. If it is card related, such as all cards of x shader level, they will need to talk to card manufacturers and liaise; a million and one things may need to happen before they know where to start looking for causes.

In the meantime get on with the rest of your life, I assume time has not stopped and it is still out there.

Yeah, if you just click 'Ultra' out of the first options menu you still have to go into advanced and manually select Ultra for some options. I get about 50-60 FPS on max with a single EVGA GTX 580. Running the latest beta drivers, 285.79. Those have added Skyrim support.

Ah, okay, here are a few reuploaded in high res.

As you can see there is hardly a problem with textures up close.
Those look nice... The worst I've seen is actually the indoor stuff. Shadows on things like cages look particularly bad. But the textures on those shots look great....

Only 5 more hours...

I've been playing for about 10 hours so far, the reason is because the problems aren't actually that big compared to how good the game actually is. Keep calm and carry on.

How bad it actually is? Like Resident Evil 4 1.0 PC bad, or even worse?

I remember that...honestly from all i've read its definitely got some UI and FPS issues but its still playable for most compared to RE4/Rage launch

and to think... I didn't get the Radeon card I really wanted because I thought NVIDIA would have less issues. Oh, the irony!!

The latest official beta drivers from Nvidia work like a charm.

I just saw a post about those Skyrim/BF3 drivers... I'll download those as soon as I get home. Have you tried playing without those drivers?
I've been reading some very mixed PC performance reports... some PCs run perfectly while others are unplayable.
