What's your pet peeve(s)?

Post » Fri Sep 21, 2012 8:47 am

Another pet peeve that I have is when I see designer jeans that are intentionally faded and torn. I prefer to buy brand new jeans and let them fade and tear to their own accord.

I'll just save time and say "All of them."

But for the one that's annoyed me most recently, CD/DVD cases that make it impossible to remove the disc without almost breaking it in half. The technology for that little plastic button that pops it out was mastered long ago, people, you don't need to design yours with mutant fingers in mind just so it looks different.

... and the way DVD cases have those thoughtfully provided finger-holes so you can grab the disc by its edges... which somebody has then gone to the trouble of redesigning so it looks like they're there but they've been filled in again, so the only way of getting the disc out is to fumble with it and drop it on the floor. Why?

Makes me feel bad for a person with only one arm and hand.

I also have another pet peeve and it's kind of a lulu---I hate---HATE----HATE being ignored or given the cold shoulder treatment for no damn reason. Nothing on this planet gets under my skin and causes me to make enemies out of others faster then getting blown off for no reason what so ever---period!

I must admit I'm not big on that either. Which kinda svcks considering there's a risk people think I'm doing it because I'm usually incredibly late when it comes to replying to people and often end up forgetting, but the reality is that I'm just crap and disorganised.

Me too. And when it becomes fashionable again people won't think I'm weird.

I think they are Spanish, but that could be a new trend. Spanish looking people with British accents.

Like a sir reminds me of a British guy, Me Gusta is Spanish. Combined they are that fashion statement previously talked about.
