Dragon Riding is pointless. Bethesda, you're a big joke.

They are immortal beings of ultimate knowledge I would be insulted if I could control them.
THE DRAGON SAYS "I AM AT YOUR COMMAND" AND THEN THERE'S NO WAY TO COMMAND THE DRAGON. WHAT DON'T YOU GET?

I do not understand. I had alot of trouble with the dragon riding. Then I looked in the help menu and saw the istructions on how to control the dragon. It took alot of practice, just it does to do power attacks, but then I had a different attitude as i flew over Skyrim looking at the towns and the sights from above. I could mount the dragon, fly forward, order the dragon to attack, I could target an enemy and shoot fireballs at them from the sky, I could order the dragon to attack, and then I could land and dismount. And I acually enjoyed it. But I think that the help menu and practice sure helped alot.

Indeed it does. Most people seem to be unhappy that they can't hop on a dragon and fly it from Markarth to Winterhold as they please which imo is just an unreasonable request with our current gen hardware.

Only thing my dragons have said is "Your Thu'um is mightier I will obey." which it does by letting me mount it <__<

They should never have included this bit of idiocy in the first place; I know I don't have to use it; I still object to it because the Dragonborn has one job: kill dragons.
They managed to make that boring and trivial.

That's all we would need is war on terror alerts in skyrim. Damn you snow fox news!

"Hijacked Dragon crashes into Castle Dour. Suspect may have ties to the terrorist group known as the "Sons of Skyrim"

I know. I could not fly from Whiterun to Riverwood, but I sure killed those giants in that camp close to Whiterun. And those wolves an that sabre cat. The most fun was on the 2nd dragon that I got to ride, I at that Moon camp. lol

Maybe in the next DLC you'll be able to get piggyback rides from the Thalmor if you shout at them.

Aye I don't like mounts and never use them myself but I did mount lots of dragons to see the sweet views they give.
