They never said it will be simlilar to ES games.. soone you get over that fact, happier your life will be, and besides, Darkfall is Skyrim MMO. Everquest Next might be on too, probably tons of better than Darkfall, but that how its, but it aint coming this year I think.

Nope DF isn't Skyrim MMO lol, it's a Dark Fall MMO. Yeah it has similarity's to how you play games like Gothic but it's not a Gothic or Skyrim MMO.

As for EQNext, don't expect it to be anything like DF.

Darkfall has TONS more stuff what ES fans really want than ESO has, but I suppose we will see how this play out, if ES fans like this, this game should get easily 500k+ subs.
