It was a lot of fun. Thing is, it just didn't seem much like Shadowrun. I loved the atmosphere though.

Eh... The only concrete aspect of the game I've seen is how they're going to support multiple devices with different functionality. For example, using your phone to do some stuff related to the game. It also seems they are going to maybe take social gaming a step further, but not necessarily anything new.

Other than that, everything else I've seen is just vague statements that don't really mean anything.

It looks simply stellar and I cannot wait to see more of it. Halo is my favorite shooter and I have confidence in Bungie too.

How do you do a MMO on a console is what I am wondering.. But I guess they can get games like Planetside 2 and I guess this.. But can't really get Guild Wars 2 or something because the lack of buttons..

Not much is known except for the fact that it is an FPS game. I hope there will be more to offer with this game rather than being your generic FPS game you find everywhere these days. I have a feeling this game has a lot of potential. So far, I think Bungie is trying their hardest to get people excited for this game, even going to the point of saying it will be "the best FPS game ever". We haven't seen anything real exciting except for some cool concept art, an interesting look at the universe, and some short clips of gameplay. I only hope it's what Bungie says it is. Considering they've made the Halo games, I have high hopes. From what I have gathered? It's just said to be an FPS, and apparently, a massive one. Doubt it will be an MMO. Because, well, how would that work on a console?

Well it is for the next generation of consoles. Microsoft prioritized Xbox over Windows for gaming so they want titles like this to be exclusive to get more PC gamers to buy an Xbox and Sony most likely has an agreement with Bungie and Activision to keep this console exclusive so I guess they're in cahoots with each other one way or another because console sales aren't as strong as they used to be because hardcoe console gamers seem to be moving to PC and people are doing more mobile gaming on their phones now.

I heard a while back that the PC version was planned but its just a rumor and Bungie said that they "did not design the game with a keyboard and mouse in mind" so there's a good chance it will never see the PC and if it does it could just be a half-assed port with awkward controls and/or poor optimization.

It's not an MMO. It will use a drop-in, drop-out cooperative system like Dark Souls and Journey, as I understand it. Also, people are misconstruing the quote by Jones. He's not saying that nobody plays FPS with a mouse and keyboard anymore - he's referring to the fact that shooters nowadays typically have regenerating health and checkpoint systems, because as sales figures indicate (even if I don't necessarily agree with the line of thought), this is what people want to be playing.

Jones also looks like he's aged about twenty years since the release of Halo 2. How awful.

Thinking about it though, I really wonder how it will turn out since Bungie made Halo Reach and considered it to be "everything they wanted in a Halo game".

Looks really cool, and I am curious about the "spell" using character.

I hope it does release on PC that way I stand a chance. I svck at FPS on console controllers. Also I am hoping that all platforms will share the same servers since it seems they are considering cross platform saves.

well, it is Bungie... and a LOT of sci-fi games kind of coppied their style so I can see where your coming from.
