Sometimes I use cheese or ham If I want to do an omelet.
Also olive oil is better if you don't want to do butter.
for scrambled eggs, do you have cheese? That'll give them a bit of the creaminess you're going for.
I read somewhere that you're not supposed to use milk for omelettes, but water instead, so that when the water evaporates, it leaves pockets of fluffiness.
But i make my omelettes with whole milk and a bit of syrup. And sometimes, if i'm feeling particularly savory, a bit of sage or rosemary to boot.
You probably didn't stir it properly.

As for making an egg in the microwave, i've done it before a lot of times. Just need a tablespoon's worth of evaporated milk, salt&pepper to taste, scramble them up, and then nuke on high (depending upon your microwave) for 30 seconds to 1min.
Pretty much my reaction.
Guess people do it though, I might actually try it tomorrow morn.
Adding milk or cream to the eggs makes them fluffier. Not to much though, otherwise you get egg sauce...
You're supposed to scramble the eggs in order to get scrambled eggs, or else you'll end up with an omelette.
Scrambled eggs is like the simplest dish ever, and yet you managed to turn it into something completely different! 5c3j9r7Productions, when the day comes when you finally find a girlfriend, please don't invite her over to dinner.
Easiest meal of all time is hard boiled eggs. Put eggs in water, turn on 10 minutes.
