Why is the DLC's taking so Long... : Fallout: New Vegas

I've woken up every day in this past week thinking "is today ze day?" and seeing as every day since January was not ze day I can only come to the conclusion that there is a gamebreaking bug somewhere. I don't think it will be long until some eager people on these forums figure out the entire story of the DLC.

If it has been canceled then we should get a reason. And so far nothing.

honest hearts is already complete and has been for a little bit apparently they were just waiting for the patch to go live before releasing anything so hopefully we should get something soon

What if the the DLC is already out?
What if they're ALL already out?
What if by coming to this forum we have somehow locked ourselves into a parallel dimension?

You know I wonder if the reason why the DLC is taking so long to release is that someone found a gamebreaking bug in the DLC and they are having trouble getting rid of it and the fact that the bug is placed in an area that's important to the DLC. Something that's unavoidable like a particular item glitching or something similar.

i feel that that's a strong possibility too,..but i think they should still let us know something.

Really? That's all they'd have to do?

What if the update was: "We have no update," or "We're working on it, but no more details," or "Coming soon, but no release date!"

Then what?

There must be a reason that Bethesda is radio silent. Has anybody thought about that?

To answer your question......Yes. I've said this before but, I don't care if its to inform us that they ate a cheese sandwich for lunch, and that it was tasty. Any info on a daily basis would be greatly appreciated.

The reason the DLC is taking so long is probably because they know they will get crusified if they release more unfinished content for F:NV.

But, yeah, they should throw us a freaking bone already. Just tell us something.

I was hoping I'd see some info on the DLC today when I woke up. Now I'm hoping it comes tomorrow. I don't know what is stopping them from releasing a trailer and screen shots. It doesn't matter if they aren't going to release it for another month or more, give us a [censored] trailer already. We all know the DLC is finished, the patches are out. So give us a trailer!

If you are not going to buy the DLC because they are taking too long to come out then why buy them when they are all out? Just wait until Game Of The Year edition comes out and buy that. I will make a no duh statement right now. I know for a fact that all DLC will be out before 2012

At this point I'm almost posotive that their waiting for the patch fix to be released before they put the dlc out, I'm still not sure why they haven't at least put out a trailer unless they intend to not release the dlc for another 3+ weeks it doesn't make sense to not a least show us something unless they don't plan on releasing it for at least a few more weeks.

I bet they are making the DLC really great, fixing any bugs, adding more content and things to do. Dead Money wasn't great, and you really didn't get anything out of it. It was a decent DLC, but if all the rumors and things I've heard are true, this should be great.

I think every day we wait the DLC gets bigger and better.
Or you can view it differently, the more in it the more bugs. :cryvaultboy:
