The bonuses are amazing! I need to see how I can get each of them. Also, as a tarot card enthusiast, why is Death 21? Seriously I hope it's not really like that because that is a huge blow to me. I know it's pretentious but it really makes me angry. What is 13 then?

At least it's not anything really awesome. The physical bonuses are going to be the ones I miss the most, since I know that ordering it on Steam will be cheaper and faster than any of those places.

Huh, that's for pointing that out strifecross. I was having a hard time decinding between the cards and the lamp, but if the deck is innacurate I don't really want it.

Also, shralla, dishonored still isn't listed in steam's "coming soon" catagory, so they might still be negotiating pre-order benefits(proably a mask for the pyro/spy and an outlander mark misc item)

I can't wait for this game now! I preordered it right after seeing the trailer released by Bethesda. GameStop will probably have a midnight release......YES!!!!

I would be really surprised if Gamestop had a midnight release for this game. It's a brand new IP and almost no motivation for them to do it, unless they get zillions of pre-orders.

in all seriousness though, store specific pre-order bonuses are just a terrible Idea. I mean, I want both the lamp and the tarot cards, I'm sure many others do. as well. It's a good way to make customers frustrated, especially when they don't like the store that has the bonus they like.

Many of my freinds and I hate gamestop, yet it's the store offering one of the best pre-order deals.

I realize it's too late now to change it(have contracts made up with each store), but in the future PLEASE stay away from this tactic... make all pre-order bonuses the same in every store. Or at least keep the physcial bonus the same and make the digital bonus available for extra at launch.

I really hope that there is a Steam bonus. I will almost definitely be getting it on Steam. Also, as a word to the wise, the whale-oil lamp looks very bad quality. I wouldn't get it.

yeah, the lamp seems like cheap plastic, but if it glows well it's still kick-ass... I hope there are still "supplies left" when I decide to preorder in a month. Or hopefully steam will ahve a pre-order by then...

Knowing steams usual pre-order deals... might be 10% off(or free upgrade to special edition(digital art book/sound track/ extra dlc) if there is one), a dlc similar to the other pre-order dlc's, and a couple tf2 items...

I don't like it when different places get different items since I'd like to have them all, but with these options, the tarot cards are obviously the way to go.

I'm not a fan of ingame pre-order bonuses, unless they're purely cosmetic, and definitely not when they're exclusive to certain stores.

On the plus side, they seem to be only fairly minor charm bonuses that you would pick up during gameplay anyway, not like a 'pre-order our game to get a unique weapon that we cut out of the main game' thing. Or worse, a pre-order mission like the one from Deus Ex HR. Lets hope they stick with these kind of bonuses for the European pre-orders as well.

Still, pre-ordering games is not something I do because of pre-order bonuses that basically make the game a little easier. If I could throw away those 10,000 credits I get in Deus Ex HR because I bought the Augmented Edition, or spend them all on lemon lime soda, I would. But the bonuses for Dishonored seem to be fairly minor.

What I want to see is the deck. It even says in a very small font about the lamp that the "actual product may vary". I find it interesting, having a USB lamp. What I am interested in is the tarot deck. If we may see it or some Bethesda representetive to give us a list of the cards in it. That would be helpful.

I just found out about this game from a friend and it sounded interesting and the gameplay footage looked great. I hate retailer specific pre-order bonuses but atleast these just give you a little bonus and are specific to the type of player you are. Im debating between the walmart or bestbuy pre-order bonuses (leaning to the bestbuy one). Have yall figured out which ones yall want?
