the bugthesda said they've done a patch for fix the bugs, and now they only need the certification of MS for put it on LIVE, that's all

I see, but making a patch doesn't really support the "mismatched version" explanation, then.
If it was just the wrong version putting the "right" one on marketplace would've been the solution.

Soooo I′ve called the german bethesda support and he says that the update will release next week (maybe today but he don′t think so because they now in a conference with microsoft so it will need more time) and that we have to install dawnguard again...but he is just from the support.

It seems that someone don't have enough patience to wait a few days more for a fix/update/patch for a simple videogame

The funniest part is that we have already an official thread from gstaff in which he was saying that they're working on it but someone thinks that repeat continuosly the same thing will bring somewhere or could change bethesda and microsoft priorities and scheduled times

It's because threads get locked after a certain number of replies. Someone already said this in another reply to the post you quoted. Look around before you open your mouth.
