Funny, I'm having crimes not get reported, I murdered the Thalmor punk who was hunting Talos worshipers in Markarth right in front of the Jarl and his guards, plus Lydia murdered his bodyguard and all I got charged with was one count of assault. 40g, payed and GTG.

Yeah I failed to pick pocket someone in their sleep and a guard was through the door and running toward me before the NPC had managed to sit up.

I imagine they decided that crime would be too easy otherwise. Guess my thief character is going to go straight again.
