Resetting all NPC'sTowns

Yeah I saw that after Arthmoor pointed it out. But those instructions should be in a more prominent place - such as the mod's main description. There's no reason to have it separated.
A mod's description is for... describing it. "Here's how to remove it safely" is NOT descriptive material.

A mod's instructions and detailed information don't belong there cluttering up the page and making a mess. That's what readmes are for, and why Nexus gave us a handy place to upload them and even provided a direct link to them.

I personally take it as a sign of poor quality when I run into a mod entry where the entire readme is posted as a description. That's just plain unprofessional in my eyes. Though it isn't always a case of poor quality, it's just one thing I look for. Plenty of mods on Nexus have actual descriptive descriptions of what the mod is, features it may have that are new, and perhaps some promotional material linked to that.

In the vanilla game?
Yes, the vanilla game. I played Oblivion on PS3.

Some npcs would leave town and would be walking along the roads outdoors and would often be killed by hostile creatures (it didn't help that they'd charge into a bandit camp with no weapons or armor and start punching bandits). Anytime that I would be looking for a particular npc, whether for a quest or other reason, and not having any luck, I'd always wonder if their corpse is outside the city somewhere. There would be quite a few npcs who would travel from city to city (part of their a.i., as mentioned on the wiki), with no guard escort, and they weren't essential. Sometimes, I'd try to be the escort, though it was a pointless cause as my Imperial couldn't protect everyone, everywhere.
