Why not? The severing of the Heart only destroyed the Ash Vampires connected to it and brought an end to the eternal Blight storm, and not the other Ash Ghouls and various diseases. The Nerevarine retained his or her Corprus infection after the end, didn't s/he? The Ascended Sleepers and Ash Ghouls and the like would be the same, I imagine.
The much more daunting question is how they survived the Red Year and how or why they would relocate to Solstheim? Unlikely. The Hermeus Mora theory is the best one so far. Would make sense. Every TES game (starting from Morrowind) has a Deadra prince-centric expansion and this could be it for Skyrim.

Actually I take what I said about 19 back. It's head looks exactly like a Telvanni Cephaloid Helm.

There are books in the vanilla game explaining that the king of Skyrim (previous to the one who died right before the civil war) set aside solthseim for refugees from Vanderfell and that large waves of them came during the Red Year.

How would Ascended Sleepers and Ash Ghouls sneak in exactly? They're not the subtle kind.

The Sixth House Cult was incredibly subtle in their operations. Besides that, magic. As for WHY they'd take refuge in Solstheim, well... lava.

I'd definitely say Raven Rock. You can see a building iconic to Raven Rock there to the right of the gate.
Also, bottles of mazte?

In a barrel on a ship and carried by cultists? Magic? Perhaps the corpusarium/sanitorium maintained by one of the Telvanni during Morrowind was simply relocated.

No, looks like enchanted Bonemold Armor.

I was referring to the glowing effect surrounding the bonemold. Could possibly be armour conjured over it.

These are taken from the mp4 HD video found on the official Beth site. The resolution is the same as the one on YT but the bitrate is slightly higher. PNG exported, no further compression applied. Full archive http://www.2shared.com/file/t0i2Fixh/Skyrim_Dragonborn.html

Add a comment and I'll update the description. edit: thanks to Eps and to other users for the descriptions

Possibility that the Hold bounty system will transfer over to some or all of Redoran, Telvanni and Hlaalu?

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/855/skyrimdragonborn16.png/ - what kind of armor is THIS? Looks a lot like House Redoran Bonemold armor

I was thinking summoned armor.

High hrothgar being there clearly shows the player riding on a dragon, wether it is some automated uncontrollable viva la WoW Flight Path or not is one thing.

The fact we see a dragon in a odd place with the player mounting the dragon, I am now highly convinced the "in its own world space" means that you can very likely fly everywhere in the entire game with possibly a interior loading for main cities or a invisible wall. I originally assumed Solthiem and parts of Morrowind would only be fly able (own world space).
