The seventh is a Telvanni settlement on Solstheim, as SpaceMarine88 pointed out in the discussion thread.

I don't think that's Solstheim. Those tall mushrooms grew naturally in the Ascadian Isles. It could just be a small Telvanni island or something. There were plenty on the edges of both Vvardenfell and Morrowind.

02 and 03 are definitely the Skaal village, 03 is the Skaal shaman and 02 is probably an augury or a similar "one with nature" ritual that the Skaal are all about.
05 - Telvanni settlement
06 - Bullnetch and Betty netch within a cave that apears to be crystalline
07 - Redoran camp within what appears to be either Fort Frostmoth or (the now wall enclosed) Raven Rock.
08 - Draugr mound
09 - Ancient structure, Red Mountain in the background
10 - Part of said ancient structure, probably related to the MQ
11 - Part of the MQ where you read an enchanted book
12 - Know your right and left  it's on the right
13 - The same ancient structure, but transformed in the course of the MQ
14 - Levitation, not sure if it's free-form or just in a few fixed locations (sure seems like you can only do it in places like this cut-off bridge)
15 - Broken Bonemold perhaps?
16 - Looks a lot like House Redoran Bonemold armor, the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/File:MW_Armor_BonemoldGah-JulanM.jpg
18 - 10 being destroyed by some magical force, probably a part of MQ
19 - Dreugh?
20 - Bearskin helmet
21 - Probably some advanced form of Dreugh
23 - Also note the Ice Armor
24 - They're not Goblins, they're Rieklings
25 - Probably a follower of your Nemesis in the MQ

Number ten could be one of those teleportation chambers from Morrowind. Seventeen looks like an amphibious dragon.

That last pic may not be a boss, but the dragonborn devouring a dragon soul.

I haven't seen the trailer.

Edit: Scratch that. I just saw the trailer.

Well seeing as they may been adding rideable dragons, levitation could also be in. The only real problem with levitation is city cells, and if it is limited to Solstheim, that may not be a problem.

#5 Telvanni settlement
#6 Two bullnetches
#7 Some Redoran (bugshell) buildings within a possible imperial style fort.
#11 Entering Apocrypha (Hermaeus Mora's plan of Oblivion) through a book?
#12 Entrance area of Apocrypha?
#13 Apocrypha
#17 Awesome Dragon
#19 Vile Creature!
#21 Cthulu?!?!?!
#22 Corprus/Blight Monsters??
#23 what do you mean you weren't sure why they bothered? The highlight is obviously the Stalhrim armor, shield, and sword.

#24 Most definitely Reiklings, considering this is Solstheim.

02 & 03 - Whiterun architecture (as opposed to Windhelm, Solitude, etc.)
06 - The wall of stone appears to be the same wall as in 07.
08 - Underground dragon temple with a 'fish' motif.
09 - Is that Red Mountain in the background?
10 - The arches remind me of Ayleid ruins.
13 - My reading list.
14 - A most gnarly elevator.
15 - Chitin armor perhaps.
16 - Could this be summoned armor? The door appears to be covered with something like a red rune.
17 - More books and the creature from How to Train Your Dragon.
18 - The same, or similar, structure as in 10.
19 - The Creature from the Black Lagoon. Yech.
20 - The Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, perhaps. And a spear!
21 - Hermaeus Mora about to do some light reading.
23 - Is that Stalhrim armor?

Thanks for posting these!

Still not sure how Red Mountain can be there unless we do some time traveling back in time.

Um, volcanoes continue to spew out lava after a major erruption? Which reconstructs the slopes?

Screenshot 19's depiction is likely that of an Ascended Sleeper.

It's been a while since I played MW but isn't the female [the betty] supposed to be just a smaller male form?

No, Betty Netches are smaller, have less tentacles and are more spherical, lacking the distinctive sloping "tail" that Bull Netches have.

10 & 18 - Standing stones maybe?
21 - First thing that came to my mind was ascended sleeper, but would it make sense for them to be still around?
22 - Corprus stalker or lame corprus maybe?

I have to say that this trailer got me really exited. Can't wait to explore Solstheim once again and see how it has changed :)

Why not? The severing of the Heart only destroyed the Ash Vampires connected to it and brought an end to the eternal Blight storm, and not the other Ash Ghouls and various diseases. The Nerevarine retained his or her Corprus infection after the end, didn't s/he? The Ascended Sleepers and Ash Ghouls and the like would be the same, I imagine.
