The child takes on the traits of the mother, and very rarely have very slight resemblances from the father's race. Argonians and Khajiit are also not capable of breeding with men, mer or eachother. Only their own kind.
Not to rain on your parade, it's a cool console trick, but that's the way it is and personally I try to stick to the lore as much as possible.

But it's always confused me about the Bretons. I get that this is the accepted lore, but if that's the case how come the Breton race was born? I thought they were the result of interbreeding between elves and humans.
and that picture is probably much more realistic to what Bretons look like then Bethesda's copy paste of Imperial base humans, Bretons with no slightly pointy ears? bah. 
. Anyone think they can conjure up an image of an Argonian with Dark Elf Eyes and skin? Hair Optional... cuz yno... could be very weird.
