That character went through a veritable genetic butcher shop. There should be argonian and bosmer in there as well.

Yeah, that's what I did to get mine too - mix several. Mine is just orc, argonian, and khajiit.

Now I understand what gazing upon the likeness of Cthulhu must be like... it hurts, but I can't look away...

I especially like the first one, where it looks like he is sliding open a panel in the very fabric of existence in order to reach through and grab you.

A thought just occurred to me. What does this do to racial abilities? Do you get to keep them all, or do you lose the old ones in favor of the new?

Others actually look really cool though, I might make myself a half-elf, half-orc, or maybe a half-drow(Dunmer) character one of these days.

I believe it has been explicitly stated as their biology is simply too different, I could be wrong though and I can't for the life of me remember a credible source. So take it with a grain of salt. The reason there's little info (In world) is because men and mer rarely have relations with the beast races.

There's a book in a house in Seyda Neen about interbreeding between races. Can\t remember the name, but that's where the info came from afaik.

well all of the race's ending in "mer" are supposed to be dwarfs/dwemer so if the face disappears then does it tie in to how the original dwarfs disappeared?

Umm... "mer" mean "Elf".

Dwemer are "Deep Elves". They were called Dwarves because they're short compared to Giants.

Mer means elf. All Dwemer were mer, but not all mer are Dwemer. All mer started out as Aldmer.
