That looks like the Rueful Axe. You get it from a certain quest involving a dog in falkreath.

I had meant to post earlier but got busy with dinner time and fell asleep after that..... :ermm:

I thought your screenie, "Blood seal", was very good and wondered how you did it or is this part of a quest kneeling down and holding the knife like that OR maybe it's not even your character but an NPC, anyway, how did you do it? :)
