cmon your meant to be the pokemon fan here.... for pokeball & great ball its down + B. ultra ball its right & A. or was it left and A? is that it or is there anymore balls beside the masterball?
Love ball, Heal ball, Net ball, Nest ball, Safari ball, Level ball, Lure ball, Moon ball, Friend ball, Heavy ball, Fast ball, Sport ball, Premier ball, Repeat ball, Timer ball, Dive ball, Luxury ball, Quick ball, Dusk ball, Cherish ball, Park ball, Dream ball, GS ball, Mewtwo's Pokemon balls, and the Snag ball.

Pressing a bunch of buttons pretending they have the power of catching Pokemon in a certain order doesn't make me any less of a fan

Sometimes I'm convinced computers load more slowly when I'm not in the room, as if they don't have an obligation to work at 100% if I'm not impatiently staring at them. Like people.

I cannot have a weird number of, let's say, potions. I can only have 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30, etcetc.

I've also become a F5 junkie. I tend to use it to see what would happen if I did this or that, without consequence. So much so it is slowly seeping into real life, and I'll think "I'll just F5 and try this" and soon realise I'm an idiot

Another one I have is the number 13. I cannot have anything 13 in my games (even if I am level 13).

If I do something even remotely "out of character" in an RPG (excluding cases where the game forces you down a specific path, of course), no matter how superficial it is (like saying the wrong thing during a conversation that has no effect on anything), I have to reload my game and replay up to that part. Doesn't matter how much progress I lose in the process, I'll do it without hesitation, after much huffing, puffing, and kicking. Staying in character is serious business in my RPGs.

Sounds exactly what I did when I first played Oblivion. If someone I wanted alive or if I sounded rude in a conversation tree, I have to reload. I am not like that anymore, though.

I collect keys, even if they are useless.

I don't like having odd-numbered stats unless they end in a five.

I've sacrificed perks in Fallout because of it. :P

In Fallout I get grumpy if a stat is not an incrimate of 5, unless it's a dump stat like EW or MW.

17 is the worst by far for me. I'd side with the NCR before I let one of my skills be 17. :stare:

I remembered another one - for a while I had a habit of collecting every teddy bear in the wasteland in Fallout 3. I just couldn't bear (you see what I did there?) to leave them out there. Think when they got too heavy they got a room of their own in my Megaton house.
I did that too, theyre too cute to leave behind

I always save potions/scrolls or whatever items that temporarily boost my abilities, even if it means dying a lot. Somewhere in my head I always think that I shouldn't waste them because I might need them later.

Then during the final boss fight of the game, with my inventory full of those buff items, I still refuse to use them.
I've done this in every RPG I've played aside from FFVII. Mostly because of the duplication trick.

For some reason I do this also.

I also hate skipping cut scenes even when I've seen them a dozen times and am bored of it, I still have to watch it otherwise it's like it never happened and I can't carry on. It irritates me too much

That's not silly, that's actually pretty smart.

I was just mentioning superstitions rather than just silly ones.
But I do feel rather silly when there is nothing there, or the enemy being named turned out to just be a person who's name sounded mystical or dangerous.

Not sure if switching cells here causes a CTD or bug/glitch-Save beforehand

Even though I just went through a checkpoint two minutes ago and I'm just walking - save
Still walking - save
Just before I talk to someone - save
Walking away - save
Just before going through a door - save

If the F5 key is assigned to quicksave in my game, it will be abused...heavily.
