The character you are describing never existed anywhere.

I did that in FO3. I couldn't walk past a coffee mug.

BTW, there are over 1,000 coffee mugs dotted around Washington.

Holy crap... this makes me want to get them all in FO3. Hahaha.
Thats a shame. I really wanted to buy coffee to make an infinite supply of mugs.

Also, that is alot of mugs. I dunno how many I have in my collection, I loot everything I see and stash it just in case its used in a DLC later (Did it in F3 to, there was no loot to be had anywhere on my old main)

Anyhow, back to coffee. We need a new plant "Sugar" and craftable creamer. ALSO, ability to make a pot of coffee.

I agree. :sadvaultboy: My Mug collection satisfies me on a deep, caffiene addicted level.

Yep haha. Still growing. :D That's exactly what I do haha. Leave nothing to waste :P

I agree. Give me creamer! (and donuts)

To me, Honest Hearts was like finally scoring that chick you fancied, but when you get down to it the fun ends right after the foreplay. I can't complain about what i got, but what i didn't get kind of bothers me.

I felt that Joshua wasn't fleshed out enough, i mean he's a legendary character in the Fallout universe but he seems to have less dialogue than a Dead Money companion. The story questline was wrapped up prematurely and left me scratching my head wondering why it feels so short. And no i didn't shoot Follow-Chalk.

In the end i walked away from Zion with the impression that this is what you guys call a fan service. It's like "hey look it's Joshua! Oh and here's a shiny thompson to distract you from his lack of depth"

I wouldn't expect to sit down and hear the guy's whole life story. You're not long-time friends or anything. Explain why he should just expose his entire history to someone he just met.

I know it's not polite to answer a question with a question, but to get my point across i feel that i should turn this around: Please explain to me why a schizofrenic supermutant you've also never met before is more chatty.

As a matter of fact, why does anyone even talk to you besides giving you jobs?

Graham had more depth than most other Fallout characters I've seen, I think some of you guys were just expecting too much; especially from a character who was going to be a fairly one dimensional psychopath in Black Isle's Fallout 3. I do think Graham could have had more screen time but all in all I was satisfied with what we got, probably because I didn't set the bar ridiculously high.

Speaking of sipping coffee... I'm just upset that the Black Coffee has a -Agi modifier.

I just had a big cup of black coffee myself, and I don't feel any less agile. If anything, I probably gained AP.

Well maybe you feel all warm inside and dont feel like doing anything that requires agility??Hm?

I like it very much, you're just seeing the vocal minority shouting at the top of their lungs here.

The caffeine in coffe is a STIMULANT. Since Agility governs, among other things, the SPEED at which you do things, shouldn't coffer give you an Agility boost? I drink a rather large cup of coffee every morning. I can attest to the following effects, prolifically pointed out to me by my employees:

1. My Charisma improves AFTER my coffer. I am known at the Dunkin Donuts (affectionately) as "The Grumpy Guy". That's *before* I get my java.

2. My Perception improves AFTER my coffee. I am much more awake and able to sense my employees screwing around and messing things up.

3. My Agility improves AFTER my coffee. It only takes a small amount of caffeine to make one move faster. That first cup of coffe literally "kick starts" my day.

4. My Endurance inproves AFTER my coffe. The little pep from that caffeine goes a long way. Trust me. I NEED it to endure what my idiots do on a daily basis.

5. My Intelligence remains the same.

6. My Strength remains the same.

7. The effects of Coffee on my Luck remain to be verifiably quantified. I do know that the people around me are much luckier after I've had my coffee. It's been pointed out to me on numerous occasions that I tend to be a little more "harsh" on my employees than my natural charming state without my morning coffee.

OK. Now THAT might negatively effect your agility somewhat. *shakes uncontrolably while typing*

Cooooooffffffffffffffffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

EXCELLENT for a quick 8-point boost of your Intelligence-linked skills (well, with moderate to high Survival, anyway) :goodjob:

Though I usually make it just because I can. From a RP perspective, this is a really excellent recipe.

400cr = $4.99US
800cr = $9.99US

I've only gotten a little way into Honest Hearts, but so far I'm liking what I see. I'm especially pleased at having uses for items I would previously have ignored completely, such as Coffee Mugs. Haven't used many of the new recipes much yet, as I rarely bother with chems or poisons, but the new healing items will be handy.

I got my hands on the Compliance Regulator and I'm rather unimpressed, although the fact it freezes the target in his/her/its tracks with each hit does redeem it somewhat. I could see that being handy against Yao Guai if one did not bring any heavy weapons, for example.

Twice I got attacked by a pair of Giant Yao Guai and the Compliance Regulator saved me both times. It stunned all four of them. Maybe I got lucky but I'm sold on it :)

You'd think Nuka Cola would have some caffeine in it. Perhaps it was decaffeinated Cola. :D

I personally agree with this. But perhaps the game designers were thinking about how some people can get a mild sensation of shakes/jitters even with not-huge doses of caffeine, when they put in the -Agility. :)

i loved the dlc, the desert ranger combat armor is great along with searching for bits of the survivalists story, and it added a lot of crafting bits
Edit: the only thing that bugged me was that you can now make sunset sass and nuka-cola but not beer

I think the caffeine in the sodas around the waste has kinda "Fizzled out". Its 200 years old, it's probably flat, or very close to flat considering the amount of preservatives pre-war people used.

I enjoyed it. Got a few new awesome things, Burned Man was interesting, and some information on Ulysses, which is easily the most awesome quest chain so far.

Oh also, finding out that the .45 pistol has the same sound as the 9mm was a bit of a bummer.

Exactly thats what i said.

It must have been pure laziness not to add in that one sound.
