And if I remember correctly they were at the centre of the Oblivion demo leak as well... Nice to see they're keeping their hands clean this time around.

Just google search 'Skyrim werewolves' and on the advanced search options select posts that were uploaded within the last 24hours.

Unless when matt said Werewolves are not in, he meant player werewolves were not in due to time constraints, and the foreign article mistranslated.

I've said it 100 times and I will say it again. Matt never said that, it was a site just trying to get hits.

AFAIK Bethesda never "lied" about anything. They've been purposefully silent concerning the existence of werewolves in Skyrim.

This turned from an article on some badly double-translated foreign fan website, into "Bethesda confirmed there were no Werewolves!"

Ah, the rumor mill...

Except he didn't lie.

Nobody at Bethesda did. They didn't confirm or deny their existence - that was all done by a foreign fan website looking to gain some extra hits, I suspect.

Well that's it then. The game is absolutely perfect now. For me at least. Everything I wanted in has made it.

EDIT: Although I am just taking everyone's word for it, because I haven't even seen anything.

i heard of an interview where werewolves were confirmed not to be in now if there was any one who would take the time to send me a message and disprove that id be very greatful
