Hircine's Ring
While Hircine's Ring does not truly cure Lycanthropy, it does give those afflicted with the disease more control over their powers. In some incarnations, it has the ability to prevent a monthly Werewolf transformation, and allows the Werewolf to transform into a wolf as often as they'd like. It has also been used to transform people who aren't infected with Lycanthropy into wolves.

Wouldn't it be cool if this was in the game too?

YES IT SURE WOULD BE COOL IF THAT WAS IN THE GAME. NOT THAT WE KNOW IF IT IS OR ISN'T. BECAUSE WE DON'T.

The leaks are pretty easy to find. They do contain spoilers though, so might be worth avoiding if you're squeamish about that sort of thing. I wonder how silly the werewolf lovers feel now, after all their rage when they were "ruled out..." Especially when so many of us were repeating how neither Matt nor Pete Hines actually ever said so. They used a lot of misdirection and enigmatic responses, but they never ruled anything out, outright.
