The unlock time has really been frustrating stuff...I assumed, on the basis of what a lot of people said on this and other forums, that it would be at 00.01 on the 11.11.11 local time (and didn't pick up on the national differences within larger regions, until only 3 hours before that long awaited magic hour, when I figured out that the unlock time for my country wasn't until 02 in the morning....which is more than slightly insulting from Steam and Bethesda, since that's for one of few countries in the world that can be said to be "home of the nords"
Anyhow, I gave it up to find some rare and sweet non-Skyrim/Steam-unlock-detailed-sleep, but then strangely enough I couldn't sleep, got up, and hey, now Steam says it's to unlock Skyrim in approximately 1 hour, which will be around 01 in the morning...
I'll just assume it'll be either 01 or 02, and that I'll be tired at the time (plus jealous of those who get it at 10 or 11 in the evening), and that when I finally do get the game I'll most likely join the revolution to stop ideas like "Greenwich time", "regional unlock" and similar Imperial nonsenseous ideas to be smedged all over a soon independent Skyrim.
