A long, complex, dynamic, and extremely non linear main quest, with plenty of spinoffs, branches, and junctions.

Non-linear role-playing.

I just love the endless possibilities.

I chose something the poll missed:
The feeling of exploring a large living land. Looking back at Cyrodiil is the closest option to the feeling I'm thinking of.

Edit:
I changed my option to the "dose of non-linear role playing" because that's one way of interpreting exploring a large living world.

Definitely Non-Linear story, If I could choose 3 others it'd be Radiant AI, Beautiful Scenery and Effects, and Combat and Magic.
