I've been on this forum praising crytek as much as anyone else here. But I'm right there with the rest of you guys. I went online yesterday and became so frustrated with the lag that I just turned it off. I wont continue with the campaign because I just hear of the many glitches.it has and if I run into one, lord knows I will burn my house down from the rage

Add me to that group. I think the game is mostly great, but the lag and host advantage are just too annoying to deal with right now.

I have too agree, if it is not fixed soon i am going to trade my copy in for max $$$ before it drops in price too much.

This is something that should have been addressed before launch, let alone almost a month after the fact. It seems that they took the lazy route like COD, not hosting there own servers. I will say that the transition between migrating hosts is allot better, but that isn't much of a compliment.

If you bought a car, but the steering wasn't working right, wouldnt u return it for a model that works.

Now think about the FPS issue and lag issue...any questions? FYI this isnt beta anymore, its a finished product we all paid good money to get.

Im taking a break from this game too.
Finally got to level 30 in MP. I have to say this is the most frustrating game Ive ever played.
So many times I had to empty a whole clip and Im pretty sure most of the shots hit the target. But I still couldn't get the kill but instead get killed by two shots from the enemy.
Also I finally got the cloak detector 2 today and I had to say the demo video of how the cloak detector works is bloody misleading.
The meaning of teamwork in this game is hilarious, use your teammates as bait that's what it is. lol

Ditto. I am enjoying finishing up SP tho.
