Ah, I didn't get a warning so I imagine mine was just an accidental casualty of war, hehe!

i lived in Leesburg for 7 years. the farther east (from leesburg) you go. the more terrible the traffic and overpriced housing. but, yes. almost anything is better than Manassas.

An update!

I have closed down the survey. The response? Overwhelming! THere were 1,074 responses. I'm pretty stoked about anolyzing the data, though it's probably going to take a couple of days. I hope to have a nice, readable format for everyone who is interested by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Thanks again to everyone in the community who took the time to fill it out. I really appreciate it.

First round of http://tamrielfoundry.com/2013/05/eso-by-the-numbers-part-1/ are up. We will try to put up a detailed Alliance by Alliance breakdown up within the next week to provide even more interesting numbers!

Surprised that the Nightblade is the most anticipated class for people to play when we know nothing about the class at all. I guess everyone really really wants to be a rogue like character.

Great to see a good general consensus of what people are looking forward to about this game.

I'm glad Khajiits are not popular, i'm glad that P2P is the players choice, i'm not to glad that the AD is now second faction choice.

I want the AD to be least popular faction for selfish RP reasons. :D

various polls show that over all DC and AD are pretty close in numbers, so on launch day it could easily end up being the lowest pop faction, but it could go either way, we'll see.

From the article:

"I am actually encouraged to see so much experience with past MMOs in our community. I hope that this leads to people providing feedback to steer ESO from becoming yet another MMO and help to make it something special."

I fear the exact opposite.

I think the surprising thing for me is that the Nightblade seems to be a class built for PvP and the survey shows a significant majority of players wanting PvE content. Then again the survey was produced by a PvE heavy guild so it's possible that the PvE numbers are a bit skewed.

Unlikely unless their guild makes up half the survey. It seems a fair representation.

where is the nightblade 'built for PvP" rather than anything else?
