I pretty good with egg recipes. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, frittata - usually get a lot of compliments on how nice they are. I also do Southern style cream gravy really well - makes my mom and my sisters envious because I've out done them on that (and they can't quite figure out how).

Topic title was misleading should have been "The best thing you can cook", rather than make because I was going to come in and spill the beans on how I make a super awesome paper aeroplane that can fly roughly 20 meters straight with no assistance beside the intial push.

But on the topic of cooking, I make good toast.

lol I can't cook eggs for anyone but myself. I actually prefer mine super overdone. (When I order them from a restaurant, they call them "burnt" and even then I almost always have to send them back. Yes, I'm OCD about my foood.)

Well, I'm currently eating a pretty elaborate tortilla that I made myself and I think it's pretty good. I can also cook anything with a microwave!

But the only thing I can make with a stove is ramen noodles.

I'm going to teach myself how to really cook eventually.
Best way to learn is just to do it.. and be preapred to fail miserably sometimes. I tried to have different people from my family teach me, but until I just svcked it up and got in the kitchen, I felt so awkward cooking. And now, I absolutely love it. Just wish the people I cooked for were a little more adventurous. lol

Easiest thing I make also tastes the best : Stir fry with mange-tout, baby corn cobs, straw mushrooms, red peppers, spring onions (me mam always called them 'jibbons', love that word) thin sliced carrot, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. Can't go wrong, tastes great.

Yeah our house works well. BF cooks and I bake. It's a wonder we're not one of those couples who need airlifted out the house to get checked by the doctor.

I don't know what to call it, but I can make chicken filet on sliced potatoes with estragon and curry with a milky spiced mixture poured over together with grated cheese. It tastes absolutely delicious now that I have finally mastered the recipe. In fact, I am going to cook this for my friends when they come over this sunday. Now I just need to figure out what to make for dessert...

I also make a decent pie with bacon, onion, cheese and broccoli. And sweetrolls and chocolate cupcakes.

And my homemade chocolate mousse is also not too shabby.

My mum does a bit of baking now and then, usually she makes some good stuff but something went wrong with her last cake - the sponge inside just crumbled as soon as it got lifted/moved.
My cakes usually only get eaten by me or my dad because of how much sugar I use, I like sweet things
- So sweet they could contest the Costco cakes icing

-- I'm in the mood for sponge cake or that chocolate cake above, oh lunch please hurry, need food

The best thing I can make.....
Let me think of something I can make that doesn't taste like feet....
Micro-wave pizza?
Oh wait I didn't actually make that...
So I have to say nothing.
