I found the civil war a good opportunity to level some of my skills up

Now that I think about it more, one thing really did get on my nerves. When I finally got to kill Ulfric, he was down on the ground (scripted). This meant that I couldn't use a finishing move to execute him...something I try to do with all major enemies I kill.

Worst questline ever. No reward, boring conquer and victory report at solitude/windhelm missions. Does not build up any deeper story line like showing all the effects of a civil war.
