To clear up MALO with FCOM compatability, it is perfectly compatable as long as the OOO patches are used.

Sorry, but this list is only for mods that add new items to the leveled list. That mod only takes the vanilla clutter items and makes them equipable. Sorry. ;/

Great list! I already have just about everything on this installed, and feel everyone should 
Anyway, I realize this hasn't been updated in four months, but if you're still running this,http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7693 adds some nice looking clutter to the LL's, and may be worth adding. G'day!

There are a handful of mods too that address Soul Gems and Sigil Stones - Nexus down for me but Sigil Stone Selector and Sigil Stones Expanded and Extended are variants. An Unleveled one too.

NPC Static Level, solves the "bandits in glass armour" problem.

G's Loot Mod, has some new items with new meshes

G's Loot Mod LITE, same as above but without the new items and meshes, much smaller download
