5$ is on the floor...

No matter who I'd tell them they dropped the money. Even Trump. I mean, he'd probably let me keep some or something.

Why do Americans even have 1 and 5 dollar bills; it's a trivial amount of money. $1 wouldnt even buy a can of coke in mosylt places in the UK, maybe a Mars Bar or a Snickers an thats it.

I favor the dollar coin, but most people don't. Ther are plenty of things to buy for 1 or 2 or 3 dollars. If we didn't have a 1 and 5, how would we get easily transportable change from a 10?

Have largee denominations of coins or have a stronger currency . Have a five dollar coin, we have a 2 pound coin and five dollars is about 3 pound - thats like two coins.

Tbis sounds like the problem honestly. A pocket full of change is hardly an encumbrance.

I'd give the money back to each of them save Trump. With the others it's only five dollars, and the only reason I see to not give it back to the dikeish ones is just for the sake of some petty spite. They won't miss the money, you don't need the money, might as well be a good person about it. And note that just because I say "it's only five dollars so it isn't worth it" doesn't mean I'd take the money if it was a higher amount.

Donald Trump on the other hand... He's a dike, and is implied to have dropped more than five dollars, plus he has more money than he needs, to begin with. I'd probably just not tell him about it and walk away without taking the money, to be honest, depending on how much it is (the way I envision him dropping a ton of money doesn't strike me as something that's like to happen in real life.)

It is when you break a $20 and have a pocket full of $1 and quarters.

But looking at me, me holding the wallet up saying firmly that he dropped it and him just looking at me and saying nothing is just down right stupid. There was also my mother and cousin with me so I don't see how he couldn't have known.

In my original post I even held the wallet up by my face. Besides I don't think he went in their for the dinner.

Always return it. Honor is the only thing a person has in life. Others can take away your possessions, but you are the only one who can damage your honor. You should value your integrity above any amount of money.
