As long as you're still able to trade items person to person and use chat, its safe to assume there will be areas were people will gather to sell their stuff.

True, I can see certain areas becoming key trade hubs maybe in each factions capital.

Dude, relax. I just thought it was ironic that you were complaining about unfeasible features, while asking for a prime example of that (a megaserver-wide AH).

People seriously need to stop taking things seriously. :P

Good:
ES w/ friends/group
Rewarding exploring
Mostly open skill lines for all characters
Rewarding for multiple play styles
Seemingly enough focus on small group play & rp

Bad:
no 1h skill line
Only 1 elemental attack/dps for sorcerer
No mage armor (make it toggle on and take 10% of your mana like a summons)
No open lock spell

Unknown:
Enough puzzles and traps that actually make you think?
Xp from non combat activities (see my other posts) (besides crafting)
forcing races into alliances. If you have so much feeedom, individuals should be forced to choose an alliance, not be forced into because of race. (Move this to bad)

More later when I get on a desktop.

Bound Armor is not the same as Mage Armor. Research the abilities in MW, Oblivion & Skyrim.

Mage Armor = Increase in Armor

Bound Armor = Increase in Armor

Difference? No.

Basically you are trying to argue semantics with me and you shouldn't do that. They changed the name of "Mage Armor" in this game to "Bound Armor."

Bound Armor in all previous games looks way different than Mage Armor, and will likely look diffetent in ESO, so no its not just symantics.

If it looks like mage armor instead of bound then it should be called mage armor.

lol what you asked for is exactly what it is.

"No mage armor (make it toggle on and take 10% of your mana like a summons)"

http://tamrielfoundry.com/sorcerer/

So yeah nitpicking, arguing semantics, arguing just to argue. GG. :bonk:

I havent seen it yet, so I will reserve judgement. To RPers its s huge difference, but the fact that your arguing with me on this means you wouldn't get that.

They have ONLY said "not at launch," not "yes" not "no" or even a "maybe."

To me that means "no, we'll wait and see first."

I do, but I seem to go about RPing differently than most. I RP within the game, thus my character changes as needed to fit into the game. I don't make a character that is so strict in what he is capable of that something as simple as the appearance of a spell can kill my rp.

See some of us think handling daedric magic is evil. Bound Daedric armor looks more evil than glowy ghost like Mage Armor.

Yep. Not an RPr but have known and played with many, and none have ever been so fragile that they can't use their imagination and RP to make it fit. Again not an RPr but I do know you're never going to have the the perfect set up how you want it. A Big part of RP is adapting and fitting your character to the game world, NOT expecting the game world to be setup perfectly just for you. If all or just most RPrs were as fragile, the act of Roleplaying would have died out with D&D.

Anyways off topic, was talking game mechanics and the existence of a certain spell not RP.

Why can't you accept that Mage Armor is called Bound Armor in ESO for the sake of thematic skill lines?

Why can't you accept that a name is just a given thing that has no direct influence on the named object?

It's the same in almost every of your posts I've read.

This is funny considering Bound Armor came first, and Bound armor in Morrowind and Oblivion looked like the games Daedric Armor.

And yeah, they are the same thing for the most part. I agree with the others here, if you cannot change you RP to fit the game, you're screwed no matter what game you play. You must have never played D&D at all, all you had was a Pen, Paper, and a very scary Dungeon Master and pair of dice that decided your fate.

My whole ponit was I like the look of Mage Armor better than Bound Armor. My opinion. Im entitled to it. Im entitled to list my pros and cons as I see fit without you trying to fix me or my RP thank you.

P.s. yeah Ive been playing D&D & DMing for 27 years.

Pretty much this. I hope the game is challenging and dungeons require co cooperation (not 5 dpsers.) And isn't, have some decent loot simply for logging in.

See though it goes both ways. Others are entitled to correct you if you post incorrect or inaccurate info about the game. If you say a game doesn't have a certain type of ability when it in fact does, then yes people will tell you so. Welcome to the internet.

You're probably in the minority for that though, considering most people LOVED Bound armor, and many people tried to bring it back in skyrim using mods. TES has always haf bound armor and it seems to be more popular (probably because it s quite different then most games way of energy shield)
