Now that i see what old any replied to my post by, it felt bad and feel like i need to rephrase...
I hate when other people look down on others in a condescending way when they have to reason to it other then they think they are awesome and everyone should worship them.

If the symptoms persist, you should have that looked at by your local physician..

I'm pretty sure the surgical procedure is called a frontal lobotomy, or bottle in front of me..

both work.
No thanks, I like having a personality.

Do you call James Bond agent zero-zero seven?

I just say "Bond"

It svcks because I love those movies and it stings when I hear anybody (M tends to drop it kinda recklessly) say "double-oh-seven."

Everyday at work I come in 15 minutes early so I can have breakfast in the office kitchen and read the paper.

Every morning, without fail, at least five people come up to me within those 15 minutes and start nattering away, asking me how my previous evening went, etc. They are always the same people.

I saw you 16 hours ago. For 7 of those 16 I didn't see you, I was asleep. For 2, I was on a bus. For the rest, I was zombified in front of a TV/computer screen. Why do I have to tell you this every morning? Go away. I'm reading the paper and eating my breakfast.

Please, let me do this in peace.

Why don't you say that to them? I'm sure they'd be more than willing to oblige you.

Have you ever worked in a stereotypical office environment? It's worse than school - any little thing you do that pegs you as being anything other than a sociable, perpetually happy buffoon pretty much alienates you.

Really fat people that are in denial of their fatness. Always awkward when someone unintentionally makes a remark about fat people and you try and gauge the reaction.

Disgustingly fat people make me angry. so does waking up with socks on. :wallbash:

People with your attitude, and the poster above you, make me sick. Some people have legitimate reasons for being overweight, even incredibly obese. I myself used to weigh close to 300lbs, and only lost weight through a virtual starving of myself. I was unable(and still am) to exercise due to an injury, and my metabolism has always been fairly slow. Get off your damn high-horse, or one day you'll wake up and be one of those that you hate the most ><(or at least, I hope you do).

It's annoying when someone feels the need to critique every opinion as if theirs should be the only one.

It's annoying when someone feels the need to critique every opinion as if theirs should be the only one.

When it's an opinion that unfairly judges an entire group of people with a blanket statement, that likely is not applicable to more then half of those people, it's a bad opinion. It's like saying "I don't like gays" or "I don't like Black people" If someone came out on the forum and said that, I'm sure you, and everyone else, would be jumping all over them, pointing out as to why that is such a terrible opinion, and desperately trying to change their minds. But when someone says "Fat people are gross", and someone steps in to correct that misjudgement, it's annoying? Whatever.

Why would someone unintentionally make a potentially offensive remark about fat people? I'm not seeing the fat people as being the problem in this scenario.

And that's precisely the reason topics with such discussions are closed in due haste.

I..uhh, am not really sure what to say about that. LOL. you'll have to forgive me(well, don't have to), but the first half of his comment really irks me, for the reason I gave about myself, and B: Because my wife has similar issues. Exercises for 2-4 hours a day, every day, and has been unable to lose more then 20lbs(I won't give her exact weight, suffice to say that she is overweight), and she eats almost no red-meat, a ton of vegetables, and roughly 1200-1500 calories a day. We believe(as does her doctor) that she has some kind of thyroid problem. The issue is, we are dirt poor, and cannot possibly afford to have it checked out in earnest. I am fed up with people making random snide comments(one day we were at wal-mart and we were walking across the cross-walk, and some woman in a truck was being really impatient, and as she drove by she shouted out "Maybe if you lost some damn weight you could jog across instead of waddling"), and the ignorant attitude that all fat people are fat by choice. It is an extremely sensitive subject for me.

I get where you're coming from, example, some woman decided to suggest that our baby crying on a changing table was akin to beating the baby, but one thing you'll learn is not every [censored] statement must have a rebuttal following it. It's futility trying to beat the stupid out of people in general whether it's with pixels or fists, just saying. You seem like a nice fellow, so trying to help you not waste any time on them. :)

That is pretty good advice really. Sometimes my temper flares up though, something I've been working on for years, it's a long-term work in progress.

Anyone else annoyed by people watching them play story based games? I don't mind them watching me play Multiplayer, Dark Souls, Zelda, or strategy games but for some reason I hate when people watch me play games like TES, Fallout, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, etc etc.
