If a little bit of smoke is akin to an air horn being blown into your ear then you have an abnormal reaction to smoke and should see a doctor.
Actually I've seen a doctor countless times for persistent bronchitis caused by second hand smoke from cigarettes, thank you for reminding me.

Now what am I supposed to see a doctor about again? Your inability to understand an anology of harmful things and the lack of consideration of others? In that case, call the doc. Whatever harm one wants to do to their own lungs, have at it, I thoroughly see no harm in that to me, however, second hand smoke (or in your convenient minimization, "little bit of smoke") is damaging the lungs of others too. If one doesn't have the consideration to curb their addiction that directly harms others,
away from others (as the person you responded to pointed out, in the entrance way to a public building), the horn anology works perfectly.
