Yeah, I paid for release day delivery from Amazon (UK). The posts already been, but no Skyrim.

Just as well I predicted this yesterday and ordered it through Steam! I'll be returning my Amazon copy unopened.

Mine was meant to come today as well.

The post came 4 hours ago. No Skyrim

I e-mailed Amazon but they aren't that helpful and basically just blamed Royal Mail.

Yeah, they said "The estimated delivery date given for this order was definitely supposed to be today. However, this game has been so popular that Royal Mail have been unable to get it out in time."

But then, I ordered a book from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered yesterday and only came today. So I think, for me, it could be our post man.

The most annoying thing is that I cant cancel it because its dispatched and I can't return it because I don't have it. So I'm just...waiting.

Ordered mine with game.co.uk it got dispatched last friday but hasnt arrived today YET. The post office still has 2 hours to post it but im not the only one my friend who lives 5 mins away hasnt recieved his either so I think the local post office is just messing everybody about or something

I had mine dispatched Wednesday with Amazon and it came today. My friend had it dispatched yesterday, also with Amazon, and it too came today. Just seems to be luck.

Well the way I figure is that every release date delivery that I have had with amazon has always been delivered to me on that date, but they have came by a truck, not in the mail

just checked my gamestop acount apparantly because i paid at 2 seprate dates added up to 65$ they get the idea that i wanted 2 of the same game. 1 with 20 other 45 on it, didnt bother to check or reserved will their goes my preorder bonus map....

I preordered from Amazon yesterday, and it was sent via UPS Next Day Air at 11pm last night and it was out for delivery at 630 this AM. Should be here soon

Ordered first class with Amazon UK, not here. Gutted isn't the word.

Amazon US shipped yesterday but not by mail. Instead it chose overnight delivery by UPS. I checked the UPS site and it's in my city and scheduled for delivery later today. I was concerned Amazon would ship by US mail as it usually does but it seemed to realize that today being a US holiday, there is no mail delivery so it choose overnight one day UPS instead. I will be a bit annoyed if it doesn't arrive by evening, but if it doesn't, it's not Amazon's fault. They did it right.

Ill admit I had my doubts with Amazon and UPS last night. It was in kentucky at 1230 am central time but they manages to get to to San Antonio and out for delivery in less than 6 hours. Still isnt here but never had a out for delivery not come here.

Ah well, you getting it gives me NO indication as to when I will get it

. Royal Fail did arrive today, just normal letters. I have never had this issue with other games ordered online. I usually get games from Game.com a day before - such as BF3 the other week.
By the way, everyone, keep this thread posted with updates of your post and arrivals etc... If any ofcourse.
