The Ocean Marketing Saga

Speaking as someone who's been on the receiving end of terrible customer service more often than I care to remember, I can only say "good". This campaign may have been vicious, but it was well-deserved.

this customer service issue is very very important

still a very young industry and still has alota growing to do

ttyhis customer servixe incident does us, the customers, good, svcks for the guy who screwed up, but at the same time i wanna tell hihm thank you

It's awesome. Twitter dug up a domestic violence charge from 2008. Initially, he insisted that "it's called a [censored] hug," but, when pressed, said https://twitter.com/#!/oceanstretagy/status/151847259301101569. This guy is a hilariously awful person.

I saw this right after Penny Arcade got involved on Reddit. This guy should live out the rest of his days either unemployed or in some undesirable position. He literally has no customer service skills what so ever.

Nice hat.

I'm sure I saw it somewhere else recently.
