Eh, I'm a Scot, we don't need a special day or a good reason to get sodden.

Hell, we regularly where kilts and listen to instruments that would boil the ears of most people, and we are proud of it.

Given that I'm 15 and as such have a somewhat less alcohol tolerant liver, I kinda do need a special reason to get hammered.

Well if he has sent them, then there is the chance that they will kill me. Charon is an assassin after all. Send a small regiment to intersect them. Make sure they know what they are up against.

As the officer disappeared among the tents and camp fires Quirinus smiled to himself, and in a voice that was not his said. This is too easy.

Excellent post Charon, I expect for Mephala to attack the group at some point in the story... perhaps after the meeting with Belan and Quirinus

Well here is how i see Mephala, She is the webspinner of fate. She see's all strands of time and events, those to come and those that have past. Taking her down will be extremely tricky if thats your characters goal. While he can actually see some strands of fate, she can see all the strands of fate and see the ripple effects of how they effect eachother.

To take something like that down you would have to set it up to fail from the beginning. To give it no other option but to fail. That will be extremely hard to play out or even predict.

I would say a more realistic goal for the moment with your character would be to first hide himself from her view and then to separate himself from the armour that allows her to control him.

I dont see the actual show down between them till much later, probably around the time when all the champions come together to fight. Think of the Prize in Highlander, and how the final immortals met in one spot to finish it.

Disenchanted by Maximillian, I will have her find a way to tap around the disenchanting though. The way I pictured her going down would be causing the way she sees everything into a catch 22 thus limiting her power, but the more realistic way to go about it would be to sever her from her realm, where her power is drawn from.

We'll get there in good time, we just have to make the events leading to it flow naturally.

I will probably have another character up soon, should be entertaing.

Just try not to take on more than you can handle. 2 characters can be tricky if you put a lot of work into them. I am currently running 2 essential characters, may change to 3 later.

These will both be essential, but my solution to any problems involving favoritism or a characters unimportance will be solved by a quick kill...

I am indeed 15. People have told me before that I sound a lot older online and I treat that as an advantage. As for the typing, I guess I wasn't quite drunk enough for that to be a problem. Maybe.
As for my style, I've been writing since quite an early age, from basic short stories to a full on novel at one point. While I have since scrapped the novel in favour of a plot for a video game, I still have the experience.
Might post a little in between dialogue between Charon, Raize and Drake (I'm seeing the relationship between Charon and Drake to be quite entertaining to write) but right now it's Mother's Day so I'd best be giving my mum a little appreciation. Bye!

Oh, just started reading Eye of the World (book 1 of the Wheel of Time series) and so far its a great read. If you like fantasy based book I highly recommend it.
