I just thought about this, there are a lot of dunmer an bosmer in Skyrim, even Kahjit, but I only see nord kids with the same face. My Dunmer adopted 1 just for the achievement but thats it, he would gladly take care of a poor Dunmer refugee kid if there were any...

We're headed for Dunmer-land in "Dragonborn". If they're going to provide non-human kids, that would be the logical place to do it.

Yeah I know what you mean, some beast and elf children would have been a nice touch, some Dunmer children in Windhelm would have made sense.

Khajiit children would often be mistaken for common house cats.

I hope we get tho see those little improvments in future TES games the keep adding new stuff which makes its own universe richer

If there aren't Dunmer kids (adoptable ones!) in the new DLC, I'm gonna be annoyed. I don't even care if they reuse the same voice as the human kids.

honestly I don't think there will be, I haven't heard about anything like that nor read that people actually care about it, I just thought that it would make sense to see more kind of kids, like the game says, orcs and elves were there first and no sign of their kids, also, Khajit kids would be pretty cool too even if they are mistaken with common house cats, wich makes me think, why do they call them the cat-like people? I mean I know they look like cats, but I haven't seen any cats in Oblivion or in Skyrim, so, to me, they are the "normal" or "standar" for their race, and everything cat related could be reffered as "hey, that little animal look like a Khajit" because I haven't heard of the existence of cats in that universe.

Based on the phase of the moon when the Khajiit is born, it could be one of four "subraces" of Khajiit. Large bipedal, small bipedal, large quadropod, or small quadropod. With the moons just returning to Nirn, it is likely that the Khajiit became infertile for an extended amount of time, and I doubt any would bring a newborn cub to the icy regions of Skyrim. Even the older ones hate it because of the cold.
As far as house cats go, I think some things just have to be assumed. There are probably housecats in the rich homes, maybe Summerset Isles have them, maybe the Imperial palace has some.

Many of the Khajiit NPCs in Skyrim are only visiting sans family. They are there for business only. I have no idea why lizard folk would travel into the cold, but I did not encounter any family groups with the Argonians (I do not recall any young married reptiles in Windhelm), nor did I expect to. Skyrim is not the sort of place to have a hatchery for lizards, too cold.

well, in Riften, the happy couple of Argoninans at the inn are about to get married, so I suppouse other races like them could think about settle down in Skyrim and grow a family, but at least elven and orcish children should have been there..... I so envy PC users for their mods u.u

I was actually expecting to see non-human children before Skyrim was released to be honest.. spent some time keeping an eye out for them before I realized they weren't in the game. I don't really care too much anymore whether they're included now or not though.. before Dragonborn comes out I will probably buy Hearthfire though as I never bothered to get it .

Why are their no Khajiit kids? Easy.
Children are cute.
Kittens are cute.
So a Khajiit child would be MEGA-cute!

There are non Nord kids, but not non human. Alesan in Dawnstar is a Redguard, and Imperial, Breton and Nord children tend to be indistinguishable. The only way I can tell advlt Bretons apart is by realizing that that guy is super ugly, or that chick is super cute, then switching to third person and checking their height.

The pc players already has annoying kids from other races, and most recently, Forsworn children.
