well, maybe not all the Dragon priests were cruel and opresive, maybe just the highpriests and the others were obligated to obey some due to fear others for loyalty to their Religion like the rest of the population, there is even a theory that Ysgramor was a Dragonpriest and he is found in Sovngarde, so if this is true it would back that other theory of not all dragonpriests being cruel and opresive :tongue:

Maybe there's a good one out there, a defector of sorts but who knows.

Most of these should be in a small DLC like Hearthfire or something... Mammoth riding should be in a DLC with huge battles where you can ride armored Mammoths to battles.

Dragons aren't born. They just exist. There aren't any female dragons because they don't reproduce so having a baby Dragon or a cave of eggs is lore breaking.
Dragon Priest masks were given to their loyal allies as a gift that is why they are special.
Dragon Priests were known for their cruelty so finding one to chat with would be very difficult since they probably would try to kill you.
Why jewel tipped arrows?
There is a dragonborn in Sovengarde but that is as close as you can get, I don't know what they would tell you if you did meet one.

there are some 'nice' dragon priests
the ones we meet are skyrim priests from the time of alduins dictatorship period of time
they were all pretty much d-bags
but its said that the preivous d priests in atmora were far more honorable and actually did their jobs well
very strict and were equal to kings, but not like the priests of skyrim

I don't know much in the way of TES history so I'm only familiar with Krosis and the gang.

I wish they'd add the ability to backstep or roll back during combat. Some way to actively dodge that's a little deeper than just running in circles.
