Not only is that heresy, but it's stupid.

You would messily put a [censored] grey t-shirt on a solid bronze, full-scale, EXPENSIVE AS [censored] Dovahkiin statue.

That's like smearing [censored] on a Ferrari.

I'm surprised that the CoD [censored] even realized that Skyrim is a worthy competitor. I'm kind of flattered, but also angry. This is messing with my emotions.

Just a thought, but wouldn't this be considered misappropriation of marketing material from Bethesda for the gain of another developer? Although I'm unsure as to whether there are any laws governing that.

So am I the only one going to jump people at the MW3 Midnight Release dressed as a Dovahkiin?

haha the funny thing is it only takes them one year to develop a COD game these days, took Bethesda 5+ years to develop Skyrim so that is a bit insulting :) Even though I do like to play COD its my take-out-my-frustration game ! I like lots of games, but this takes it too far :D

Honestly, Modern Warfare 3 is ruining the video game industry. Its lack of innovation is inspiring other studios to produce games with the same sort of lethargic mentality, and now the gaming industry is filled with dumb, uninspired knockoffs of other games. Games like TESV are the only thing keeping quality in games.

Even as far as FPS games go, Modern Warfare 3 is actually still just horrifically bad, overrated, and does nothing new for the genre. At least BF3, while not as good as BF2 or 1942, still has some semblance of large-scale warfare and doesn't make the levels feel like laser-tag arenas. It's the dubstep of video games and it represents everything I hate about the society in which we live.

I think putting the statue in a straitjacket would've been funnier.

EA and the Madden series is a worse influence IMO, no real competitors so they can continue to put out the same crap every year and there are still people rushing out to buy it

I actually think that's pretty funny. IGN/Gamespot have articles today citing 9 million pre-orders for MW3. No matter how much we love Skyrim, we are the minority. Such is the calling of the RPG gamer. :tes:

That's pretty funny because I have been debating showing up to the midnight release for MW3 tonight dressed as a Dovahkiin.

If you did that I would trade you a picture of me kneeling to a paper with your name on it.
