Underworld Skyrim Edition?

Post » Mon Nov 19, 2012 1:13 pm

"Before becoming a vampire, Harkon was a very rich ruler of the lands but feared mortality. He therefore made a pact with Molag Bal to become a vampire along with his family." This is pretty much Victor from Underworld. With slight differences, he made a pact with Marcus and it was solo.

Yes alot of this DLC and werewolves from vanilla scream Underworld, but that's not a bad thing, I like the Underworld franchise and I like Skyrim so. Thanks Bethesda :)

The vampire lord does look like marcus from underworld. so? They don't always have to reinvent the wheel. Some people like to use these kind of open world games to play their favorite movies or shows.

Thanks for spoiling how the sun gets blocked in general discussion.

By the way, in terms of Serana saying "Let's get indoors, or in a cave...", that actually only occurs during inclement weather (at least, in my playthrough that's the only time she's mentioned it, and it's been at night sometimes as well), so I believe her only comment about the sun is when she claims it's too bright outside. All of the other times, she seems to be talking about the weather itself.

She also likes to say. "Its so bright how can you stand it"
More frustrating than anything is the fact that she constantly repeats her battle phrases over and over again. I need a mute spell -___-

The worst part is that Bethesda HAD original content to work with. The Vampires and Were"Beast" in the Elder Scrolls are actually unique compared to what you would see anywhere else but for some reason they chose to go the cliche route by essentially retconning the Volkihar and making Werewolves look monstrous instead of natural and so far ignoring Werebears. I just don't understand why.
