Is it usual for someone like me with a NVIDIA Geforce GT 545 3gig card to run Skyrim on Ultra High setting? The config said i can run Ultra High I'm just puzzled though as NVIDIA site said i can only run on low.

dont you mean 445? 545 doesnt exist lol i wouldnt listen to any sites which advise you, if you can run it with no visual lag on your setting you choose and are happy, then enjoy the game. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

should run fine on ultra depending on what res you play on. As a gtx 260 is the recommended spec.

Really? The Radeon HD4870X2 2GB is so high in the list? Well.. I have that card, and on the default 'high' settings I am getting a stunning TEN fps. Got an E8400 Duo Core and 4GB of RAM.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13GHz
5GB DDR2 RAM
GeForce GT 220 1GB
1680x1050
Vista 32bit

Hi, can I get a response to my query please. No one responded.

Can I run the game on (mostly) medium settings?

Cheers

I would swear that I warned you about having a slow CPU - - the official minimums are excessively optimistic, and you may run into some animation slowdowns because of the main processor's speed. If you do, try the next step down in screen resolution settings. Your planned resolution is at the edge of what a GT 220 can handle.

Will it work? If yes, how well?

Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53GHz
4GB RAM
Vista 64bit
NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
1360x768

Thanks!
