Why not just turn http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r196/JohnathanZX4/Motivational%20Posters/81f5054aeb5.jpg into a DLC? (Mild language warning on that link.)

That looks like about where we're headed if we keep this up! lol

Like in that Calvin and Hobbes comic (turns sarcasm switch off). Seriously, if there's New Vegas DLC, it should be Area 51 (If it's not in the main game) or the Grand Canyon. Ferrets with weapons if....just stupid.

Yeah I know, we were primarily making fun of the OP.
...Though shooting knife wielding vermin at your enemies from a cannon would be pretty BA...

Ferrets.....
Ferrets that managed to learn to read and even make weapons.....

At least you have an imagination. Why not try an animal that doesn't run away when it sees the grass move? ^^

I know Deathclaws were reptillian pre-war, but ferrets can't learn to access and read terminals and miraculously become smarter than the typical post-apocolyptic human. Fawkes was a human before, so it is obvious how he learned to become intelligent. I don't think it's the same for....ferrets......

Ok, I seriously went and registered 30 seconds ago just to reply to this thread. Why on earth does everyone want a dlc that takes you to yet another city in the U.S. Here's my idea, it's always been a joke about digging a hole to China, right. So your hero is walking along and he finds this circus tent out in the middle of nowhere. He steps inside and finds this massive hole in the ground with a track and rocket car pointing straight down. It turns out that during the war against China, a group of crazies thought that they could dig a hole through the center of the earth into China as a way to supprise attack them. Well, it turns out that these crazies weren't so crazy after all because once they had made their way to the core the U.S. Military decided this was actually kind of a good idea and decided to fund the project. You later discover that the rocket car, that makes the journey through the center of the earth take a day or two instead of weeks, was a way of transporting troops right to the center Shanghai. The journey for this dlc can't be just a black screen, then poof! you're there. along the way the rocket car runs out of the centuries old fuel was left in it, right in the center of the earths core. The military's way of getting through the core was to build the tunnel out of diamond which they had a ridiculous amount of, just laying around. So you can actualy see the center of the earth. anyways, you find some fuel then get back on your way through this tunnel. Finally, a day and a half later, you make it to Shanghai which of coarse is also in complete and utter ruin and almost seems deserted until you find the top quarter of the Shanghai World Financial Centre (cause the rest of the builing has collapsed) and inside, taking refuge, is a group of Chinese people who you think are the only people left, but you come to find out that you are sadly mistaken...... and Bethesda takes over from there.

Now wouldn't that be a much cooler dlc? Am I the only one who's wonder whats been going on in China all this time? Anyways, I just came up with that off the top of my head and I thought I'd interject and get everyone off of this stupid "intelligent ferret" idea. No offence.

What about a football stadium that's turned into a mini town that is sort of set back the dark ages. and maybe there's a missile silo under the football field and it has tunnels leading to other silos that are all inhabited by wastelanders and ghoul communities. sort off an underground medieval city. Then ferrets

What about Salt Lake City?

Salt is important in the desert, and the decreasing water level probably led to a surplus in SLC. They sell it, and ship it by train to New Vegas.
I've seen old patents for nuclear-powered locomotives, and a mounted minigun and bulldozer blade would make sense in this world.

Blah blah, someone is upsetting the trade, blah blah, bunch of references to the secret society that ruled SLC with an iron fist over 150 (350 now) years ago

etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

Also, in reference to the first post, : :spotted owl: makes sense in washington

You are aware that Salt Lake City is in Utah, right?
