Really bad idea, i myself will certainly be killing players who are lost, questing or distracted for my own personal amusemant, but i have no interest in the war or any benefits from it. So i will not be attacking or defending any keeps or other resources.

You get AP from killing. You would be fine.

love the bias in this post. pve players are lazy and selfish. i mean who cares if they actually prefer pve they should just svck it up and play how you want them to.

No, AP is basically "honor". If you don't want AP, then just let people murderkill you (like they probably will anyway).
